Privacy Policy
Version of 30 September 2026. How Rollarasync handles personal data under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is IT AND BUSINESS ANALYTICS LTD (company no. 11086539, England and Wales; registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU). Contact for anything about your data: [email protected], or the contact form (topic “Privacy or personal data request”).
2. The short version
- You can read the whole site without giving us any personal data. There are no accounts.
- If you write to us, we use what you send to answer you.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads) run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then the Google tag is not loaded at all.
- We never sell personal data and never pass it to casino operators.
3. What we collect and why

4. Google tag, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
We use Google's tag (gtag.js, or Google Tag Manager where configured) to run Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. We use Google Consent Mode: every visit starts with analytics and advertising storage set to denied, and the Google tag is only downloaded after you choose “Accept all” or switch a category on under “Manage choices”. If you reject, nothing from Google is loaded by our site. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. For Analytics, Google acts as our processor; for advertising, Google may also use data as an independent controller under its own terms — see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page, or here. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not affect processing that happened before.
5. Links to casinos
Links to operators carry a partner reference that identifies Rollarasync as the source of the visit. The reference does not contain your name or contact details. Once you arrive on an operator's website, that operator is responsible for your data under its own privacy policy and cookie settings.
6. Who we share data with
We use service providers who process data on our instructions under written terms: our web hosting provider; Cloudflare, which routes email sent to our addresses; Google Workspace, our business email provider; the customer-support service provider that answers messages sent to [email protected] on our behalf; and, only with your consent, Google for Analytics and Ads. We do not sell personal data or share it with casino operators.
7. International transfers
Google, Cloudflare and some of our other providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies) or on the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one calendar month. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, the UK regulator — the Information Commissioner's Office — takes complaints online at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form only sends your message by email to our support address; we do not keep a copy of it in a database on the website.
10. Children
This site is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. See also our Cookie Policy.
