What you can write to us about
- Report a problem with this website. A broken link, a page that does not load, something that looks wrong on your phone.
- Correct or update our information. A licence detail, payment method, safer gambling tool or support channel that has changed.
- Ask about a casino we cover. Questions about what we publish on a casino — we answer from the operator's own pages and the regulator's register.
- Problem with a casino account. We are not the casino and cannot see or change your account, but we will point you to the right route: the operator's complaints process, the independent dispute service and the regulator.
- Report a compliance or advertising concern. Something on our site or an operator's site that you think breaks the rules for players or for gambling advertising.
- Privacy or personal data request. Access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- Business or partnership enquiry. Advertising, partnerships and other business questions.
- Something else. Anything that does not fit the options above.
We are not a gambling operator. We cannot see, open, close or change casino accounts, process payments or reverse bets — only the operator can. Please never send us card numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents.
Problem with a casino account?
We are not a casino and cannot see or change your account. This is the route for complaints about a UK-licensed operator.
1. Contact the casino
Raise it with the operator in writing. Every licensee runs a formal complaints procedure that ends in a final decision.
2. Allow up to 8 weeks
No answer after eight weeks, or unhappy with the decision? Take it to the free adjudication service named in the casino's terms.
3. Tell the regulator
You can also report a licensed operator to the Gambling Commission. It does not settle individual disputes but uses reports to check compliance.
Need to talk about gambling?
If gambling itself is the reason you are writing, please ring 0808 8020 133 (National Gambling Helpline) first — trained advisers answer at any hour, free of charge. See our Gambling support page for more options.
Complaints can also be reported to the Gambling Commission through its complaints guidance for players. How we handle what you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
